Ministry Experience:

Pastor, New Hope Baptist Church in Zebulon, GA (2010 – 2018)

During my tenure God blessed New Hope as we laid a foundation for revitalization. Upon my arrival, the church was inward focused and was disorganized. I worked to establish ministry structure through committees and led an outward focus through events. Vacation Bible School, Trunk or Treat, South Gospel Singings, Movie Nights, Senior Adult Luncheons, Men’s Breakfasts and Conferences, Dinner Fellowships, implementation of a Ministry Response Team which worked to clear yards and built ramps for people in the community, to highlight just a few. The Lord added growth spiritual and numerically during the time we were there.

Pastor, Faith Baptist Church in Griffin, GA (2008 – 2010)

I began pastoring part time here in college. Upon my arrival, the church had only one service a week. We immediately implemented a strategy of worship, discipleship and fellowship. We offered discipleship studies on Sunday evenings periodically throughout the year. Planned Dinner Fellowships and Senior Adult Luncheons. Recruited help from churches within our association to reach our community through block party events. The Lord added growth spiritual and numerically during the time we were there.

Please refer to my resume for additional ministry experience in the area of youth ministry. I have job experience working in government. I also have experience in the educational field as a teacher and a coach.
